August Pause

It is the August Pause.

This is the time of year, where I take a 6 week break. I try and produce a post on the Tower of Adam every 3-4 days, and so I need a rest. Not just to refresh myself, but also to work on the new series coming out from September.

I’ve been researching Hebrew Astronomy on my second newsletter, Agloria. This brings together my ideas on how the ancient Hebrews might have looked at the night sky. I’ve almost finished the main bulk of the writing and plan to produce a book about it next year.

After the break, I’m going to write more about ‘Christianity and Politics’ on my Agloria newsletter. We will look at Christian Nationalism and what it’s not, how Socialism is the antithesis of Christianity and the why politics fail to provide solutions to life’s problems.

During these last 5 months I’ve continued to work on my Anglo-Saxon newsletter, Tales of Old English Christendom. I’m nearly at 100 subscribers. Over August, I’m going to publish a couple of posts, and then in September, I’ll start a series looking at the impact of the Anglo-Saxon Church on Anglicanism.

I’ve introduce a paid option to my newsletter. One of my dear friends encouraged me to do this. I see this as an opportunity to publish more on controversial issues.
